Service availability is subject to location, scheduling, and other factors that may affect delivery times. 2.4. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Pricing for our services is based on factors such as distance, weight, volume, and the complexity of the move. 3.2. Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on additional services required or unforeseen circumstances. 3.3. Payment is due as per the terms agreed upon before the commencement of services. Full or partial payment may be required upfront, depending on the service. 3.4. Mahadev Cargo Packers and Movers reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments as per applicable law.

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1. All bookings must be confirmed at least 05 days prior to the scheduled service date. 4.2. Cancellations made 02 days or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund, subject to any non-refundable deposits. 4.3. Cancellations made less than 02 days before the scheduled service date may incur a cancellation fee. 4.4. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. Mahadev Cargo Packers and Movers takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safe handling and transport of your belongings. However, we are not liable for any damage caused due to unforeseeable circumstances or natural disasters. 5.2. We offer basic insurance coverage for goods in transit. Additional insurance options may be available upon request. 5.3. Claims for any damages must be reported within 05 days of delivery. Any claims filed after this period may not be eligible for compensation.

6. Customer Obligations

6.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the nature, weight, and volume of items to be moved. 6.2. Customers must ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled unless packing services are provided by Mahadev Cargo Packers and Movers. 6.3. Fragile, valuable, or perishable items must be disclosed to us prior to the move to ensure proper handling. 6.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the destination is accessible and free from obstacles that could delay the moving process.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnatka.
